The Challenge
What Had to Be Solved
The site was a narrow two-floor unit with limited back-of-house space, so most storage had to live under the front counter without blocking staff movement.
Our Approach
How the Kitchen Was Delivered
- Measured the counter run against under-counter models so chilled storage opened toward the staff side, not the customer side.
- Paired the pastry display warmer with a glass-door cooler so hot and cold items could sit side by side without heat transfer.
- Supplied 220–240 V builds with local plug types, so no rewiring was needed before the opening.
